  17. Since the disks are an extra cost item and not sent out to each subscriber,
  18. why not just give your customers a choice of which format they'd prefer?
  19. Even if you had to send 2 Amiga disks for each PC disk it still shouldn't
  20. increase your costs much. (720K disks are pretty cheap in bulk.  :^)  )
  21. And it could pay off in customer satisfaction.

  23. If you were to switch to PC 1.44 meg disks what would you do for a
  24. subscriber who'd paid for a years worth of disks and only had a 2000? Tell
  25. him he's out of luck? Not a good way to get subscription renewals.
